We are trapped in our behavioural patterns; the voices in our minds are relentless. Echoes of ancient traumas, words that have inflicted wounds and left scars, amplified and cemented by the repetition of intense emotional responses. But repetition is not what we have asked for. Therefore, we seek freedom in another dance, changing the groove to find new elements and consciously rewrite reality for our future.
